Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 July 2026 · CreatorKit, operated by Asquarete Pvt Ltd
The service
CreatorKit gives creators a live media kit, campaign report links, a storefront, post scheduling, and reply automation. Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page; paid plans renew monthly until cancelled.
Your responsibilities
Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Use automations within each platform's rules — we enforce their rate and messaging-window limits and may pause automations that risk your account. Content you publish through CreatorKit remains yours and your responsibility.
Data shown to brands
Kit and report pages display statistics fetched from platform APIs, labeled with when they were last updated. We show them as received and make no guarantee a platform reports them without error.
Termination & liability
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or platform policies. The service is provided as-is; our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
